What Guests Are Saying About Our Luxury Vail Lodging

Wonderful place. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place; cozy and clean. Feels like home. Quality linens and toiletries, infused water in the lobby, laundry facilities, hot tubs. Very friendly staff. Every need of ours was met promptly and professionally. We would return to Tivoli in a heartbeat. Loved it.

Most excellent!!

I’d give this amazing hotel 10 stars if I could! Their staff is professional and attentive, eager to do whatever necessary for your comfort. The rooms are huge with THE MOST AMAZING BATHROOMS! The details are everywhere, from thick robes waiting at the foot of your bed, to a stocked little kitchenette to bathroom amenities that are simply divine. Details everywhere! Clean, well appointed, upscale and updated decor, this is the standard all hotels should set for themselves! Bravo!

Great location for exploring Vail Village

The Tivoli is a lovely, small hotel. The rooms are nice but could use more furnishings/artwork. Pros: Very quiet, lux bath, wifi, view, beds were fine but not the best…
Cons: No restaurant, bar. There could be a lovely small bar area in the lobby but no one was ever there serving…
Overall, I enjoyed The Tivoli and would probably return.

First Class, Friendly, Great Hospitality

Hadn’t been to Vail in a quite awhile, so was anxious to see how the Village has kept its local relaxed feel. We frequent Whistler quite often and have seen how that resort has managed to keep that local welcoming atmosphere. Well……..I have to say that Vail is a little more like one feels that you should be walking around with a lot of money in your pocket, but the folks at the Tivoli made us feel very relaxed and welcome. The property was very nice and can’t say enough of the pleasantness of the folks there who made us feel we’re still in a “mountain” village.

First Class, Friendly, Great Hospitality

This was our first trip to Colorado and we were not sure what to expect picking a hotel based on pictures, reviews, location, etc. This is truly a fantastic location, free parking is a short walk. The village for shopping/dining is also just a short distance. We went to mountain bike and it’s just a 5-10 minute walk to the gondola. The room is exceptional. I absolutely loved the large bath and separate shower. Our view of the mountains was breathtaking. The hot tub soaks after biking down the mountain was just what we needed. I will stay here again and recommend it highly!

Cozy mountain elegance and charm

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful views. Cozy rooms. Clean with lovely amenities. The staff, from the minute we pulled up to the minute we left, were OUTSTANDING! Very impressed when we were notified (after we checked out) that we had forgotten our jewelry. Honest and friendly family run hotel. Perfect location to the village as well.

Perfect weekend getaway

We went up to Vail for a wedding and were looking for a great hotel for a decent price. This place was more than expected. The interior of the hotel has a comfortable decor and relaxing atmosphere. The room was wonderful. Stunning views a relaxing patio and large inside. I would come back here in a minutes notice. Love and highly recommend

Military friendly

Thank you so much for the discounts. All the staff and employees were our immediate friends. They could not do enough for us. We’ve had 3 visits there now and can’t wait to come back !! Close to everything in the Vail Village and if not, there’s a free Vail Village bus to take you farther than you might want to walk.

The place to stay in Vail

Our room was huge and had a deluxe shower for two, fireplace and spectacular views! It is right in town within walking distance of the gondola, and walking streets. We plan to go back for our anniversary!

Lovely hotel in Vail Village

We only had a one-night stay, but can’t think of anything that would have improved upon our experience. Tivoli is a classy, comfortable hotel in a great location…a short walk from the town parking lot, and on the edge of the Village center making it a short walk from all the shops and restaurants while feeling like it’s in a quiet little neighborhood.

We Love Staying at Tivoli!

A comfortable place with lovely accommodations. Just right for our active family. We start the day with their great breakfast selections and then can go about our day skiing or hiking depending on the season.

Nothing but praise for Tivoli Lodge. Rooms clean, well kept with extremely comfortable beds. The front desk was extremely helpful and fun talking with two New Englanders. We paid for the valet and had the car parked in the garage the whole time knowing it was safe, not that Vail is a place to worry about vandals. We met the woman that lives in the Penthouse only to find out she’s part of the family that owns the lodge. She was awesomely friendly!

Hidden Gem

Tivoli Lodge was booked online and it was a great experience. The actual facility is nice and the rooms were comfortable and cozy. The bathroom and kitchenette area was a nice amity as well. All staff were very friendly and helpful and was able to meet the owner at breakfast one morning. Just hated that we had to leave and travel to another area of the state and stay elsewhere. We will be back to stay here again, soon. Don’t miss out on this one.
