Vail Interfaith Chapel
Thousands of couples have stood before the natural beauty of the altar window to share their marital vows. Wedding pictures taken just outside the Chapel on the banks of the crystal clear Gore Creek capture the alpine beauty that surrounds them on their special day. Receptions at nearby restaurants that are just steps from the front door make this location attractive and convenient for guests. The Vail Chapel seats up to 300 guests.
Betty Ford Alpine Gardens
This botanic garden is located near Golden Peak, an approximate 5 minute walk from the Tivoli Lodge, is the highest public botanic garden in North America. The combination of beautiful colors and incredible rugged beauty of the Gore Range Mountains in the background make this a very special location. For Weddings and Events of over 100 guests we recommend the use of the Lower Lawn area for the Ceremony and the Gardens for your backdrop and photographs.
Mountain Top Wedding Deck
Vail Mountain is the ideal alpine setting for any wedding. Set in the heart of the Colorado Rockies with majestic 360 degree views of the Vail Valley, the Mount of the Holy Cross and the Gore Mountain Range, there are few places on this earth that compare. From outdoor lovers to people who only accept perfection, Vail is your location. This stone outdoor amphitheater at the top of Vail Mountain can be accessed via the Lionshead Gondola.
Donovan Pavillion
Tucked into the mountainside near West Vail is a gathering spot unlike any other. Built by the Town of Vail in 2003, Donovan Pavilion is a stunning timber and stone mountain lodge that makes a statement in itself. Add the views and surrounding 50 acres of park and open space and you’ll see why this is a truly unique venue for very special events
